Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Zaria, Kaduna State. You will work at a halal meat counter. The role involves take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date.
