Cnc production machinist — Pima County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Pima County, Arizona. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Write and edit G-code programs at the control 6+ years on the tools preferred.
