Lift maintenance fitter wanted in Tippecanoe County

Join our team: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Tippecanoe County, Indiana. The job is on a lift modernisation project. Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Day to day you will measure rope tension and check for broken strands; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
