Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits On a typical shift you will raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer.
