What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; check back during the meal and handle special requests; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. 3+ years on the tools preferred. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
