Powder coating line operator — Port-Harcourt

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
