Safety marshal • Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Esit Eket, Akwa Ibom State. The role involves: • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements 6+ years on the tools preferred.
