Great opportunity: coating plant operator (Missouri)

Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Lawrence County, Missouri. The job is at a powder coating unit. On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
