Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Rock Island County, Illinois. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. The role involves check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails. Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
