Garment presser wanted in Dumfries and Galloway

Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment presser in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland. You will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
