Floor screeder • Grant County, Oregon

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor screeder in Grant County, Oregon. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours On a typical shift you will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
