Requirements: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines The role involves buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
