Heavy goods vehicle driver wanted in Wheeler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Wheeler County, Oregon. You will work in a refrigerated transport fleet. Your main tasks: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Current Driver CPC qualification card Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
