Cold store insulation technician — Butler County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Butler County, Ohio. You will work on a construction site. You will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls We offer $2,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
