Vacancy available: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Benton County, Minnesota. The job is at an automotive components factory. You will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
