Now hiring: we are hiring a lorry driver in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Current Driver CPC qualification card On the job you will handle: • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading Six days a week, one day off.
