Join our team: we are hiring a lift erector in Garko, Kano State. The job is in a hospital with heavy lift traffic. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance On the job you will handle: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
