Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Rock County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
