Head baker wanted in Kiowa County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head baker in Kiowa County, Kansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
