Now hiring: cold room technician (Iowa)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cold room technician in Grundy County, Iowa. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. Day to day you will clean condenser and evaporator coils; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; service split AC units and VRF systems; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight. You should have: • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Rotating shifts. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
