What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change On the job you will handle: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
