Immediate opening: scaffolding erector (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Haywood County, North Carolina. The job is at a high-rise building site. On the job you will handle: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level Ideal candidate: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns 2+ years on the tools preferred.
