Tandoor cook — Whitley County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Whitley County, Indiana. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
