Immediate opening: cnc setter-operator (Sokoto State)

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Wamako, Sokoto State. You will be based in a tool room. Your main tasks: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet You should have: • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
