Dough maker wanted in Lebanon County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a busy bakery. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; score the top of loaves before baking; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time, day shift.
