Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Hitchcock County, Nebraska. You will work in a busy paint shop. You will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Willing to work shifts and overtime Rotating shifts.
