Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Kern County, California. The role involves: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover Ideal candidate: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site 3+ years on the tools preferred.
