Lift installation engineer • Howard County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Howard County, Indiana. You will be based in a residential tower block. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers Full-time with occasional weekends.
