Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Monroe County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. Requirements: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works Your main tasks: • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms Part-time with flexible hours.
