Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Washington County, Pennsylvania. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Day to day you will stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers.
