Urgent requirement: cnc lathe operator (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Crosby County, Texas. You will be based on the CNC turning shop floor. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls You will set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
