We are recruiting: toolroom milling operator (Alabama)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Chambers County, Alabama. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. You will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
