Gas pipeline fitter wanted in Highland County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Highland County, Ohio. The job is at a boiler and appliance service centre. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
