Great opportunity: formwork joiner (Pennsylvania)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Sullivan County, Pennsylvania. Your main tasks: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Part-time with flexible hours.
