Great opportunity: we are hiring a head butcher in Awka South, Anambra State. The role involves vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours.
