Urgent requirement: we are hiring a floor care technician in Santa Barbara County, California. Day to day you will spot-clean carpets and lift stains; mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets; restock toilet paper, hand towels and soap dispensers; make up beds and change bed linen and towels. Requirements: • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control • Comfortable operating floor scrubbers and vacuum equipment $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
