You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
