Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lee County, South Carolina. You will work in a catering unit. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
