Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. You should have: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing Your main tasks: • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around £2,350 per month, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
