We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Nez Perce County, Idaho. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
