Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation installer in Borough of Thurrock, England. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding The role involves: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
