Concrete labourer • Licking County, Ohio

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Licking County, Ohio. You will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
