You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks Full-time, day shift.
