Electrostatic spray painter • Taylor County, West Virginia

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Taylor County, West Virginia. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day to day you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. Requirements: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
