Painter and decorator • Island County, Washington

We are recruiting: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Island County, Washington. You will be based on a residential building site. Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match colour swatches; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls. Ideal candidate: • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
