Now hiring: we are hiring an air conditioning installer in Kennebec County, Maine. You will work at a busy AC installation company. Ideal candidate: • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • 2+ years hands-on split and cassette AC installation experience • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred The role involves: • Fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter • Run and lag the condensate drain line with the right fall • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Charge and top up refrigerant (R32, R410A) off the manifold gauges • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks Full-time, day shift.
