Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Pike County, Indiana. You will be based in a supermarket meat department. Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Season and marinate meat on request Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
