The role involves strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Six days a week, one day off.
