Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Hardeman County, Texas. You will be based at a ready-mix concrete plant. Day-to-day duties: • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
