Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
